Weaving my way through complex trauma in my nervous system as I embarked on a journey to create a business that is in the highest integrity of my life’s mission and purpose has taken me down a contemplative path of meditation and mindfulness, deep communion with sacred plant and fungi medicines, and the mastery of many professional tools in the arenas of therapy, coaching, and spirituality.
I hope that both my personal experiences through challenge, heartbreak, and self-discovery in addition to the professional accomplishments I have achieved along the way will support you in infinite ways.
